  1. Find someone you can trust to be your substitute in taking care of your children.

You can assign your partner, husband, or your mom to look after the kids even just for a day. Yes, it sounds selfish to have some moment with yourself to relax and have some fun without the kids but remember that before you take care of others you should be well rested because you cannot be able to manage everything if just yourself you have no rest and self care.

2. Treat Yourself

" Motherhood made you look older and fat" saying that mostly mothers are receiving. You should prove them wrong. Take time to put some make up on and a nice dress. Take care of yourself not just emotionally and mentally but also physically. Pamper your self by having pedicure and manicure to the salon and a hair spa. There are many things you can do in putting care on your self, just remember that being a mom should not make you unattractive but instead more beautiful than before.

3. Hang out with your fellow mother friends

Giving time to relax and have fun with your friends is also good to have your me time. As a mom, you should also burst out your stress and needing somebody to talk to aside with your husband. Having friends that are also a mother and a parent that you can share out your experiences and problems in parenting is helpful because you can be able to exchange different advices to one another having the same situations on daily living.
